Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, client-focused, and experienced Wealth Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance and customized investment solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and business clients.
· Analyze clients’ financial status, risk tolerance, and objectives to develop comprehensive financial plans.
· Recommend investment strategies, insurance products, and other financial services tailored to client needs.
· Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing financial advice and updates.
· Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex financial decisions.
· Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess financial performance and adjust plans accordingly.
Qualifications
· FINRA Series 65 required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Proven ability to build and maintain a book of business.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with high-net-worth clients
· Sales background
